Holiday Apartment Cannes, Situated in Mandelieu, La Napoule, the doorway to Cannes, close to the Esterel hills and the Tanneron woods, surrounded by pines and the Mimosa trees, beautiful beaches and just a 15-minute drive from Cannes (7km).
 La Maison Blanche is a beautiful 2 bed-roomed Holiday apartment all on one floor, for rent for up to 4 persons. The property has been completely refurbished in January 2002 and is available for holiday vacation short term rentals. Private parking is next to the house. Visit the Cote D Azur, French riviera  for a wonderful holiday. Enjoy the benefits of a Large Terrace with panoramic views facing south (sun all day) with table and chairs for four persons.

The apartment, 80m2, consists of 1 Twin bedroom and 1 double with a king-size bed, 1 bathroom with large corner bath, bidet and hand basin, plus one toilet and hand basin, sleeps four persons comfortably, with all modern conveniences of dishwasher, washing machine, Sat TV and central heating for winter lets. This new apartment is on the ground floor (road level) with no steps or stairs. Ideal for the elderly. 

For 2 persons :

1 Large lounge/dining room + 1 kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge  freezer etc.1 Bedroom with 1 king size bed 1,80m and 1 large dressing room en suite, which can be used as a baby  bedroom (cot included). 1 Bathroom with large corner bath. 1 Independent toilet with hand basin. 1 Television with 2 connections in lounge and bedroom. Satellite TV. linen provided.

For 4 persons :

The same as above with 1 second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm that you can use as a double or twins at your convenience, facing south with sea views. The apartment has sun all day and sea and country views over Mandelieu and Cannes. It is set in a quiet hillside with panoramic views. A car would be necessary. Within one hour drive is Italy. 45 minutes to Monaco and St. Tropez. Nice International airport is just 35Km away! We can arrange transfers from the airport and Car hire.

Bask in the splendid surroundings that provide an enormous variety of things to do and see, ranging from marvelous gardens to gorgeous beaches, as well as world-renowned museums and restaurants. Admire the amazing marine life while you're sailing along in a glass bottom boat or strolling through Marineland, a popular leisure park. Hike or horseback ride through the beautiful French Riviera while observing its elaborate surroundings. Biking, fishing, water sports, golf, and volleyball are all available, as are non-sport activities like casino gambling. At the end of the day, shop in Cannes or wander through the medieval alleys of Antibes. The French Riviera is truly heaven on earth with an abundance of beauty and history.

The culture of the mimosa on the hillsides of Tanneron favored the development of the Municipality. "This winter sun", is so dear in the heart of Mandolociens and Napoulois that the whole city celebrates its flower idol every year in February since 1931.

Diese sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Südlage und umgeben von Pinien und Mimosen liegt in Mandelieu-la Napoule, 15 Minuten entfernt von Cannes (7 km) , zwischen Tanneron-Massiv und den Hügeln des Esterel. Die Wohnung wurde im Januar 2002 vollständig renoviert. Vom Wohnbereich und dem Essplatz auf der Terrasse bietet sich ein herrlicher Meeresblick. Es handelt sich um eine Erdgeschosswohnung ohne Treppen und Stufen, die somit auch für Senioren geeignet ist. Privatparkplatz direkt am Haus. Direktvermietung durch den Besitzer, keine Vermittlungsgebühren.

Auf 80 m² Wohnfläche befinden sich ein grosses Wohn-Esszimmer, eine vollausgestattete 
amerikanische Küche, ein Doppel-Schlafzimmer und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Vier Personen sind bequem unterzubringen; alle modernen Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden. Zentralheizung für die Wintermonate.
Bei Belegung durch 2 Personen stehen bereit:
Wohn-Esszimmer. Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Heißluftherd, Kühl-und Gefrierschrank u.v.m. Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett (180 cm breit) und angrenzendem geräumigem Ankleideraum,  der auch als Kinderzimmer dienen kann (Babybett vorhanden). Badezimmer mit grosser Eckbadewanne, Waschbecken und Bidet.
Separates WC mit Handwaschbecken , TV mit Satellitenanschluß.  Bettwäsche und Handtücher 

Bei Belegung durch 4 Personen stehen bereit:
Wie oben, dazu ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (je 90cm breit), die als Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können. 

Die Wohnung hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und liegt am Ortsrand von Mandelieu auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf die Ebene zum Meer und nach Cannes. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, wenngleich die nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäfte und die Busverbindung nach Cannes in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Eine Stunde Autofahrt bringt Sie nach Italien, in 45 Minuten sind Sie in Monaco oder in St. Tropez. Der internationale Flughafen Nizza ist 35 km entfernt; Abholung und/oder Autovermietung können wir für Sie organisieren.

Situé à Mandelieu la Napoule sur la coline, vue mer, plein sud, dans les mimosas, à 15 minutes en voiture de Cannes (7 km) et 25 minutes de l'aréoport de Nice  L'appartement fait 80 m2, accés de plein pied mais situé en fait au 3em étage avec une superbe vue sur les mimosas et une vue mer de Théoule à Cannes

1 Séjour + 1 cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave linge, lave vaisselle, frigo congélateur ect…ect… 1 chambre avec 1 grand lit king size 1,80m et 1 grand dressing attenant qui peut également servir de chambre pour un bébé (lit fourni). 1 salle de bain avec 1 grande baignoire d'angle. 1 toilette indépendant avec lave main. 1 télévision avec 2 prises chambre et séjour.   linge de maison fourni.

Pour 4 personnes :
La même chose avec une chambre en plus avec 2 lits de 90cm que vous pouvez mettre à votre convenance en grand lit ou en lit jumeaux. Vue mer également et plein sud.
